We’re cruising into summer with a celebratory vibe, fresh partnerships, and plenty of ways to get on your mat. We’re turning up the tunes with the temps and embracing the eternal sunshine and sweat! Get out your calendars… You don’t want to miss these special events!
June is not only the official kick-off to summer, it’s also my birthday. I take birthdays quite seriously and think each one deserves a proper celebration. I’ve also been known to throw myself some pretty epic birthday celebrations and think it's only right if we do this one at SDY! Join me on Saturday, June 17th for a LIVE DJ Soulful Vinyasa! 10 am-noon. Champagne toast & cake to follow. Included in class packs and memberships, $35 drop-in.
Summer Solstice is Wednesday, June 21! Not familiar? This is the longest day of the year when we quite literally step out of the dark and into the light. We will be saluting the sun and honoring the connection it has to our souls by doing 108 Sun Salutations during our 6 pm Soulful Vinyasa class. All experience and abilities are welcome to participate. Modifications and amplifications will be offered. Trust me and trust your body, we’ve got this!
Following the 108 Sun A’s we’ll have our monthly sound bath with Bella at 7:30 pm. The 6 pm class is included in memberships and class packs, $25 drop-in. Sound Bath is $35. New to SDY? Get both for $45! Inquire here.
On Sunday, June 11th, Jess returns with another beginner-friendly workshop that will help any yogi who is looking to connect OR reconnect with the foundations of their practice.
Please note that there are NO prerequisites for this workshop. Whether you attended Back to The Basics I or not... You are welcome and we guarantee you will benefit from the experience.
