MEMBERSHIP POLICY
As a member, you are welcome to cancel your membership at anytime. Cancellations require a 30 day notice according to your automatic payment schedule.
Cancellation Policy
I understand my membership will be canceled if I email, call the studio, or submit my cancellation request via the online contact us form at least 30 days prior to my next automatic payment. My studio manager will email me a confirmation of my request within 3 business days after the cancellation has been submitted via this online web form.
Solace Yoga Studio makes exceptions that fall within the following categories; military leave, pregnancy, medical disability, or moving 20 miles outside of a studio region. If your cancellation request falls within these categories, please provide sufficient documentation to support the online web form. For example: a doctor’s note, copy of your transfer, or deployment orders. Contact memberships@solaceyogastudio.com for questions and information about submission process.
Freeze Policy
I understand that I can freeze my membership by calling the studio and/or stopping by the front desk and submitting a freeze request.
I understand that I can only freeze my membership for up to three months in a calendar year. This can be either consecutive or non-consecutive months, but limited to three per year. I understand my payment will automatically restart upon the predetermined date, unless I notify Solace Yoga Studio for an earlier reactivation date. Solace Yoga Studio does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended/frozen membership.
Inquiries & Submissions
We welcome your feedback regarding the SolaceYogaStudio.com website
as well as our yoga studio. However, any comments, feedback,
notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") sent
to SolaceYogaStudio.com shall be and remain the exclusive property
of Solace Yoga Studio, LLC. Your submission of any such Comments
shall constitute an assignment to Solace Yoga Studio, LLC. of
all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights
and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Solace
Yoga Studio, LLC. will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose,
publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose
whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you
in any way.
